Scott A. Rogerson, CISA, Business Analyst with The Hill Group Inc., presented the as a guest speaker at the Vale-U-Health July Breakfast Club Series at the Monongahela Valley Hospital on the recent impacts of the HITECH Act on healthcare providers as well as the integration of HIPAA and The Red Flags Rule. The presentation also discussed HITECH in EMR implementation and process development to assist in the identification and realization of regulatory and operational efficiencies.
