Strategy Implementation

The Strategy Implementation phase involves a joint effort between your executives and The Hill Group team to develop specific goals, objectives, action items, an evaluation rubric, and a continuous improvement process that is in alignment with your mission and vision. 

The fully developed strategic plan includes a set of strategic initiatives or pillars; goals (broadly worded end-statements) for each strategic initiative; and SMART objectives to achieve each goal.
